Equipment needs:
-set of resistance bands (I like Theraband)
-Small variety of weights (you can use a water bottle, gallon of milk, etc)
-K-tape (I recommend ordering basic k-tape and trying a small piece on your arm to make sure you don’t react to adhesives before investing in a nicer tape)
Workouts can be completed at home as long as you have the above equipment!
