  • 3 Full-Body Lifts (Weekly): Updated every 4 weeks, these comprehensive workouts are organized into supersets and typically take 30-60 minutes.
  • Targeted 4-Week Programs: For those seeking a more focused approach, integrate specialized programs like Healthy Hips, Foot & Ankle Strengthening, and the Runner’s Knee Program. Designed to complement or enhance your existing lifting routine.
  • Bodyweight and Band-Only Lifts: Perfect for travel, beginner-friendly, or lighter training days during taper or post-race recovery.
  • Post-Race Recovery and Mobility Program: Support your body’s recovery with a specialized routine designed for recovery.
  • Upper Body and Core-Only Programs: Focused sessions for added strength in targeted areas.
  • Pre-Run Routine, Post-Run Mobility, and Dynamic Warm-Up Videos: Full instructional videos with demos and voice guidance.
  • Resource Library: Gain access to comprehensive resources covering topics such as exercise progression, weight selection, organizing lifts into your running plan, taper-time lifting, and more. Tutorials and FAQs are also included for user support.

Full Body Lift Layout:

  • Mobility Section: Focuses on the spine, hips, knees, and ankles.
  • Main Lift Section: Includes compound lifts (barbell options available), paired with plyometric exercises.
  • Accessory Lifts: Supersets targeting upper body and running-specific lower body work.
  • Optional Burnouts: Extra core and upper body burnout sections for an added challenge.

App Features:

  • Track your progress.
  • Schedule workouts on the in-app calendar.
  • View video and written instructions for each exercise, with demonstrations by Dr. Pete & Gaby.
  • Access coaching notes from Dr. Pete & Gaby under each exercise.
  • Choose from alternative exercises with scalable progressions and regressions to suit your fitness level.


Equipment for Full Body Lifts:

  • Required: Free weights, resistance bands, a step (or similar elevated surface), sliders, and a stability ball.
  • Optional: Barbell, TRX straps, cable machines, or a full gym setup (alternative exercises are provided for those with more extensive equipment).
  • We also offer x3 body weight and band only lifts for those who are traveling and don't have access to equipment, are just starting out on their strength journey, or for those who are looking for lighter lifts during their taper or post race period.
