This program can be used at home as long as you have a variety of dumbbells, a kettlebell and a chair or box, or it can be used at the gym. I created this program to help you become stronger daily. You can expect 5 workouts per week with 2 rest days. This is a 4 week program, however, you can continue it for however long you desire.
