Weekly Routine: 4 workouts
Workout Split: Chest & Triceps, Back & Biceps, Legs, Shoulders & Abs
Outcomes: Participants from beginners to intermediates will experience improvements in strength, new muscle growth (particularly in the upper body), potential for reduced body fat, and the development of excellent exercise technique.
