After putting on a lot of weight with my first pregnancy, I struggled to get it off. Low calorie diets, HIIT classes and traditional forms of cardio were leaving me lacking the results I felt I was working hard for. This is when I was introduced to strength training and my whole world changed. I began strength training and saw more change in my body in only 3 months of lifting 3x/week than I ever had in any group ex class. This, coupled with increasing the protein in my diet, set me on a course of weight loss and body recomposition that I never thought was possible for myself. Now I have made it my mission to save other women from an endless cycle of HIIT cardio and restrictive dieting and instead show them what will ultimately transform their body.
