Starting any fitness journey can be a daunting thing so I've laid this one out for you to really reduce that overwhelm. You'll only need a set of dumbbells and your phone - that's it!
Over the course of this 7 days, I'm going to take you through a series of workouts every other day (starting the day after you join) which are going to get the heart pumping, energy flowing and really remind you how good working out can feel. These follow along workouts are all designed, performed and guided by me to ensure they're mega simple to follow and packed full of coaching. The best part - they only take 20 minutes and are done straight from your phone. You don’t need a gym, fancy lycra combos or make any sacrifices to your busy day.
We’re going to revamp your nutrition, too. We'll figure out exactly what your body needs to feel its best and achieve those fitness goals. And guess what? We've got a bunch of delicious recipes with sample meal plans and plenty of nutritional resources to help keep your motivation levels high and your meals exciting.
But that’s not all! Each day we'll be dropping in some really simple but effective habits into your world such as sleep, hydration, getting your veggies in and some daily movement targets. All whilst learning what really makes your body tick and feel awesome again.
