My name is Kadi Rae Carr, and I am the proud owner and creator of Carr Performance Training. Throughout my life, I have been deeply involved in sports. However, an unfortunate shoulder injury forced me to step back from the game I loved. During this challenging time, I discovered the power and benefits of training. Not only did it aid in my physical recovery, but it also became a source of solace and strength for me during my darkest days. I knew then that I wanted to help others experience the positive impact that training can have on their lives. That’s why I created Carr Performance Training. I wanted to make sure that everyone, regardless of their skill level or background, could be a part of this incredible community. I have a simple, straightforward and convenient approach to training.
