This Plan starts the day you buy it and all scheduled workouts and nutrition tips start right away (even recovery tips but thats a surprise 🫢). While we have a satisfaction guarantee, your results are not. You have to put in the work and we aren't there to make sure that you are. While we appreciate donations, if you aren't ready to grind maybe this isn't a great purchase because all sales are final.
Connor Derrickson
Connor is a certified Strength and Conditioning professional through the NCSA. He is originally from Chincoteague Island, which resides on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. He completed his undergraduate degree from Salisbury University where he studied Exercise Science. He also completed his graduate degree from Webber International University, getting a MBA with a focus in Sports Management. As a coach, he specializes in helping people achieve their sports performance goals by managing injury, monitoring stress, and increasing work capacity. Connor spent multiple years as a strength and conditioning specialist for universities and for the Minnesota Twins Baseball Club. He now spends his time as a health and performance coach for professional pickleball atheltes.
