Designed for both beginners and intermediate exercisers, FlexFundamentals focuses on upper or lower body workouts, categorized by push or pull exercises. The program utilizes basic gym equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands (which can substitute for cables), a pull-up bar, and an exercise ball.
