Our 1-1 coaching is designed to kick the stress of your fitness journey square in the nuts.
It's our job to understand where you are starting your journey with us from and create a training program and nutrition protocol for you.
Because as much as we know you're all horny to have the "best" plan. If that requires 6 days in the gym and never sniffing a chocolate bar again, I think we both know that you'll be balls deep in the fuck-it bucket within 3 weeks of that torture.
So whether you want to drop body fat, build muscle and strength or to simply move well and regain your energy to have more fun with life.
We build a plan tailored to your goals, needs and limitations so you can thrive.
As you follow the program, we ensure you're supported every step of the way with:
- Weekly check-ins. This is where we review the data of your nutrition and training. But touch base with how you are feeling. No matter if you've had a good or bad week, we'll support you in ensuring you have a clear plan in place to rock the week ahead. You never need to feel "stuck" again.
- All data in one place. With the Henley Fitness Training App you'll be able to keep track of your training and progress with ease. Within the app you will gain access to the Henley Fitness Lifting Library where Rachel has broken down each lift with an easy-to-follow tutorial (that contains the odd inappropriate joke)
- Form checks and program reviews. No good just following a program for the sake of it. You can do that for free. Within our coaching we assess your movement and ensure you're hitting effective form and intensity to see progress and develop the program as we understand how your body responds to our training.
- Heaps of exclusive content. We want you to leave this coaching program with the most up-to-date bullshit detector. You will gain access to the Henley Fitness education portal that covers topics from nutrition fundamentals, training principles to understanding menstrual cycles, menopause body image and long term lifestyle change.
- Community. You are welcome to join the Henley Fitness Lifting Club community and pinch the ideas of your peers for high protein recipes or how to get your butt out for a walk when motivation has left your butthole.
