HOW IT WORKS:
- The entire program is run through the EVERFIT app, available for download through the App and Android app stores. Once you've purchased and activated your account make sure to down the EVERFIT app to get started.
- Once you've activated the purchase, downloaded the app, you'll gain access to a Custom Macro + Lifestyle Intake Form you'll want to complete for Coach Erin to build your personalized macro nutrition plan.
- You will receive a link to schedule your 1:1 kick off Zoom with Coach Erin, in which she will review have additional intake questions for you, specifically relating to your strength training program goals and requirements.
- Program will officially kick off once you have your personal macro and training program. While The Macro Movement is self paced, you have access to Coach Erin for as long as you need her!
