With two dedicated leg days (Quads & Calves plus Glutes & Hams) expect enhanced leg development and a boost in calorie expenditure. Every workout has a unique identity blending it with trivia about legendary pop stars. This program aims to build muscle, strength, and fitness, transforming your weekly routine into an exhilarating full-body symphony.

Workout Split: Glutes & Hamstrings, Chest & Triceps, Back & Biceps, Shoulders & Abs, Quads & Calves
Outcomes: Intermediate to advanced lifters will see overall strength & fitness improvements, upper-body muscle growth, lower-body development, potential for reduced body fat, and enhanced exercise technique.
