If you're an intermediate to advanced trainee looking to tone up, trim down and work those problem areas, this program will bring you through 6 weeks of optimal training to achieve these results.
What I need from you:
+ 4 days a week where you dedicate 30-40 minutes to your workouts.
+ A willingness to take the self care that you need in order to set this time aside. Set this intention now. Think about what this looks like when you incorporate it into your daily routine. What obstacles do you see occurring? How do you overcome them?
+ To come in with a healthy mindset and begin creating good healthy habits around working out (i.e. Looking at your calendar on Sunday night, and rearranging your days to what suits YOUR lifestyle so that you set yourself up for success before your week even starts).
+ Choose one small habit you need to change in your daily nutrition that will help you achieve the results you want for this program. Write it down and put it on the fridge or in your phone as a daily reminder (i.e. drink 2L of water each day, have 2 treats a week- instead of 5, eat 3 salads a week, get to 40% protein in my diet each day, etc).
+ Decide if you need an accountability partner: someone who is going to do this program with you. You will both hold each other accountable to your weekly workouts, and maybe even do some together!
Equipment:
You will only need one set of dumbbells to complete this Challenge, however, if you're doing this for the second time, you may want to think about having two sets (a lighter and medium set). Optional equipment: Plyo box, stool or bench.

Meet Stephanie, the Founder of Change Fitness. Steph is a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, and has a background in nutritional behaviour support. Steph's career has led her from the Australian Coast, to the East Coast waters of Canada, and back to the mountainous ranges of beautiful BC. Steph has worked in boutique personal training studios, boxing gyms and strength and conditioning studios, with her most recent endeavor being creating Change Fitness, where she continues to work in studio and virtually with clientele all around the world. Steph's expertise in coaching ranges anywhere from HIIT, Strength, Aerobic and Anaerobic Focused Training, Run Training, CrossFit workouts, Stretching, and mindfulness meditations.
