6 Week Weight Loss Program.

There are no quick fixes to weight loss. This Program will be 40 days where I'll need you to commit to 3-4 workouts a week. These workouts are achievable, but the biggest thing I need from you is consistency in showing up on your mat. Your workouts will be anywhere from 20-45 mins. 


Beginners: do 3 days a week (use the 4TH workout as optional), choose alternative exercises, work for less time and use lighter weights. 


Intermediate to advanced: do 4 days a week, working for the full time and using heavier weights. 


Equipment required: 2 X Dumbbells (Optional: Kettlebell, Bench, box or chair)


If you are choosing this 40 Day Challenge, you are choosing to make a lifestyle change. This means, I'll need you to commit to more than just the workouts. I'll need you to commit to focusing on your mental health, being conscious of the food you're putting into your body, and deciding to commit to self care and improving your overall wellbeing. This program is about taking time for you and creating healthy habits in your life. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you need to focus on a holistic approach to weight loss (exercise, nutrition, sleep and a healthy mindset). Once you do this, you will begin to create a healthy body, and the weight loss will follow. The reason for the holistic approach, is that it lasts. It's a lifestyle, not a 4 week temporary fix. 


If you're serious about getting results with this Challenge, I want you to take 10 minutes to write down the answers to the following questions: 

  • What does your next 6 weeks looks like scheduling wise?
  • How many days a week are you going to commit to your workouts?
  • What barriers are going to come up? How are you going to over come them to stay consistent? (Putting reminders in your phone, accountability partners - get a buddy on board to do this Challenge with you. Studies show you're more likely to achieve your goals when you have someone keeping you accountable to them! 
  • Do you need to schedule in your workouts every Sunday (you can do this in your personal calendar!).
  • Will you be working out in the morning when you're fresh? Or afternoon once you've eaten and had your coffee fix? 
  • What does it look like to incorporate fitness into your lifestyle?

Meet Stephanie, the Founder of Change Fitness. Steph is a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, and has a background in nutritional behaviour support. Steph's career has led her from the Australian Coast, to the East Coast waters of Canada, and back to the mountainous ranges of beautiful BC. Steph has worked in boutique personal training studios, boxing gyms and strength and conditioning studios, with her most recent endeavor being creating Change Fitness, where she continues to work in studio and virtually with clientele all around the world. Steph's expertise in coaching ranges anywhere from HIIT, Strength, Aerobic and Anaerobic Focused Training, Run Training, CrossFit workouts, Stretching, and mindfulness meditations. Steph take's a holistic approach when it comes to training her clients. She educates clients on the supporting pillars of optimal training: movement, nutrition, sleep, recovery, gut health, hormone homeostasis, injury prevention and a healthy mindset.
