This membership gives you access via an app to many strength, mobility, and endurance programs to help you become a stronger woman for your outdoor sport! (including but not limited to mountain biking and whitewater kayaking)

- Programs: Bridge, Time Crunched, Whitewater, Core Crushers, Mountain Biking In and Off Season, Climb Crushers, Mobility, and Mountain Biking Endurance Programs
- FB Community of other Outdoor Women working to better their bodies for their outdoor activities!
- Modules that Focus on the Neck, Shoulder, and Pelvic Floor for an educational and focused course.
Equipment Needed: Loop and Long Bands, Foam Roller, and a Light, Medium, and Heavy Weight (KB/DB) The weights are relative to your body. The Climb Crushers and Core Crushers are min equipment needed programs, which don't require heavier weights, but do require heavier bands.

Liz lives with her husband, daughter, and dog in North Carolina. As a doctor of physical therapy, she uses her knowledge to break down exercises to help you become a stronger mountain biker. Her training as a PMBIA Level I mountain bike coach allows her to combine the best of physical therapy and mountain biking techniques so you’ll climb hills faster, feel confident shredding corners, and ride downhills. Liz has created a mountain bike strengthening program with YOU in mind!
