2 Week 'Kickstart Your Rider Fitness' Program
For those new to riding, recovering from an injury or simply want to kickstart their rider fitness
This is our beginner program for new riders, those coming back from injury and those with a basic level of fitness.
The program starts off with easy and simple workouts that can be adapted to suit each individual. It then builds up to some balance and functional work.
You can complete the program in your own time - there are 5 workouts each week to complete and are accompanied by a mobility routine and some post workout stretches.
You will also gain access to our forum of likeminded equestrians all looking to improve their performance in the saddle.
