Apx Fitness isn’t just another fitness program—it’s a coaching experience built for real, lasting progress. That means we have non-negotiables—key habits that every client works toward because they are the foundation of long-term success.
If you’re not ready to commit to these over time, Apx Fitness might not be the right fit for you.
✅ The Apx Non-Negotiables:
✔ 10,000 steps per day – Movement is medicine. We’ll start small and build up, but daily movement is essential.
✔ No caffeine after 2 PM – Sleep is non-negotiable, and caffeine disrupts it more than you think.
✔ Regular food journaling – Awareness is everything. You’ll start with photo tracking and adjust as needed.
✔ Regular emotional journaling – Reflection leads to growth. Short daily check-ins will help you track patterns in energy, stress, and habits.
✔ 2 workouts per week (minimum) – Fitness should enhance your life, not consume it. But consistency is key.
✔ 7 hours of sleep per night – No hacks, no workarounds. If sleep is neglected, results will suffer.
