Let me guess: you’re not at the weight, figure, energy level, or hormonal balance that you want to be at, so you’re taking a look into what I have to offer. And you’ve tried EVERYTHING, and nothing has worked. Oh, and you’ve read that same line probably 1000 times with people claiming to help you and have the secret to unlocking your dream bod, right?


Well, I truly believe I have the secret sauce to success, and I'm confident it can work for you, too. Let me explain why.


You’re in a negative feedback loop that you don’t know how to get out of:

 

You know how you see online that those super fit people show off what they eat in a day, and it sometimes involves large portion sizes, seemingly unhealthy-ish foods, or way more food than you could even dream to eat in three days, let alone one? How on earth do they have such low body fat, glowing skin, and clearly the best and happiest life while you look at a slice of bread and gain 5 lbs???


Let’s break down some science to help explain why you should join my program.

 

A foundationally sound body in good health will have a much lower stress response and impact on health when having a less-than-perfect day with macros, calories, and workouts than a foundationally unsound body. Yes, I came up with that statement myself. But what does that actually mean?

 

If someone’s hormones are balanced, they are not deficient in nutrients, are in overall good health, and consistently exercise, then a “cheat day” will have a small and short-lived impact (they might gain a pound or 2, and then that weight will be gone within a few days). This is the goal; your body wants to be healthy and isn’t going to fully freak out any time that you aren’t perfect.


This dream scenario is ABSOLUTELY achievable if you put in the time and the effort, but currently isn’t you. You are on a horrible negative feedback loop. That’s why you try a diet, workout program, starvation… or whatever else you’ve tried, and it may have worked a little for a short amount of time, and then you backslide.

 

How do we fix this???

 

You MUST reset your foundation. Allow your body time and the proper environment to decrease inflammation, balance hormones, get all of your necessary nutrients, and exercise in a way that doesn’t increase cortisol levels (leading to what you would perceive as a diet plan failure because you just made your body gain another 5 lbs).

This detox has two phases. Phase 1 is a rigorous, 10-day meal plan meticulously designed to cleanse your body of inflammation, gluten, added sugars, and caffeine. It's a powerful kickstart to help your body boost its natural metabolism.


In phase 2, days 11-21, you will have meal options that will still be anti-inflammatory, low on added sugars, gluten-free, and low in dairy- but it will resemble a "normal diet." Think pizza, brownies, mocktails... it's good; just wait 😊

My name is Britani! I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2013 through the American Council on Exercise and my degree in Exercise and Sports Studies from Upper Iowa University. As a former athlete, I had my fair share of injuries! Blowing out my MCL left me unable to play basketball and run hurdles at the same level as before. With my injuries and A LOT of Physical Therapy, I turned something devastating into an incredible opportunity to help others avoid injury, decrease pain, and function better. How did I do this? I started training and teaching group fitness classes at smaller community centers in a tiny town in Iowa, and once I was too big of a fish for that little pond, I moved to the big city in St. Louis and kept growing. I was eventually hired as the Head Personal Trainer at a Physical Therapy office for two years, where I learned my unique style, which is my signature today.
