Cross Training for Aerialists

For those who love variety especially in their training. This tier gets you access to the “cross training for aerialists” section which includes all the workouts I personally enjoy doing outside of aerial. The muggle (regular) workouts such as lifting, at-home workouts, some handstand and flexibility work. This type of training is great for everyone, not just aerialists. The current library is geared towards higher level aerialists that want to stay away from pull ups and situps to become well-rounded in their bodies, but as more workouts are being added it will include workouts for beginner aerialists that want to work on those areas. New workouts uploaded each month.  

On-demand training app (iphone/android compatible) which includes easy access to each workout and the ability to add workouts to your training calendar to set yourself up for success and accountability. Log workouts as you go, make notes to reference later as you progress.

Video feedback- not sure if you’re doing a movement correctly? Want to progress or modify a movement? Send a short video or question through the app and I’ll be able to give you feedback!  

Influencing power- Want to make a suggestion on the next workout? If I can provide, I’m happy to be influenced by your suggestions for what you’d like to see more of in the library.

Coach KP

Kelsey has been training circus aerial arts since 2011, she specializes in aerial silk and dabbles with aerial sling, straps and rope. After completing her personal trainer certification in 2010 she was determined to find a fun and interesting workout. Her first circus class with Julianna Hane in South Carolina was where she found the start of a new fitness and creative journey. Born and raised in Philly, KP has since traveled along the east coast until finding her home in Virginia Beach. Throughout her circus life she's traveled all over to train with reputable coaches such as Jessica John, Brit Crumpton, Robin Berry, TT Robson, Caitlyn Larsson, Christine Van Loo, Siobhan Jonstone, Tori McGrory, Jen Bruyer, Sarah Romanowsky, Kerri Kresinski and many more. With certifications through, Power Pilates 1 & 2 and 200hr RYT through Yoga with Carson Academy she puts a big focus on fitness, health and helping others find their happiness. Most of all she wants to see her students grow and help them to become the aerialist they want to be.
