In 1:1 Virtual Coaching with Erin you will “learn to fish” so to speak when it comes to macro nutrition as a way of eating and movement philosophies that will ensure your body thrives all while accomplishing your health and fitness goals.

HOW DOES IT WORK:

• The entire Lift with Erin program is run through the EVERFIT app, available for download through the Apple or Android app store.
• Upon purchase and activation, please download the app using your newly created login credentials.
• IF YOU ARE not comfortable using apps or technology, this is likely NOT a good program to sign up for.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

• One 60 minute kick-off call to establish goals and plan
• Weekly video check-ins (Coach Erin to you) with feedback and recommendations for optimized results
• Custom macro and calorie counts meet your initial goals, with revised macro targets for various phases of your nutritional plan.
• Erin’s Macro + Movement Manual with macro, movement and lifestyle habit standards that Coach Erin and you will implement together.
• Lifetime access to a library of macro nutrition resources such as grocery lists, hundreds of recipes, how to videos for food swaps, measuring/weighing food. using MFP etc...
• Meal plans are not included. Coach Erin does not believe in these. You will cook your own food, order and eat foods you love and that bring YOU joy.
• Custom progressive overload workouts, designed for you, your body and goals that can be done at home, a gym or where you find yourself
• Access to Erin Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm pst via LWE app inbox. Ability to schedule a 30 minute Zoom video chat 1x a week.
• 4 month minimum commitment (no cancellation once macros have been built and delivered)
