When I was 15 I took strength training class for PE. There was one other girl in my class, Valerie. We parrtnered for everything and pushed as hard as the boys in the class. I instantly loved the to push and feel strong. Mr. Bean, my teacher gave me a challenge...do 10 pull-ups for a milk shake. I didnt get the 10 pull-ups back then but I never stopped. EVER!
