3x Week Training Schedule
This 4-week program focuses on 3 full-body workouts per week. It is designed for a person with little training experience and features exclusively exercises that don't require any equipment or only require things that can be commonly found around the house. To progress the program, increase reps/time in the 3rd and 4th week.

My name is Kadi Rae Carr, and I am the proud owner and creator of Carr Performance Training. Throughout my life, I have been deeply involved in sports. However, an unfortunate shoulder injury forced me to step back from the game I loved. During this challenging time, I discovered the power and benefits of training. Not only did it aid in my physical recovery, but it also became a source of solace and strength for me during my darkest days. I knew then that I wanted to help others experience the positive impact that training can have on their lives. That’s why I created Carr Performance Training. I wanted to make sure that everyone, regardless of their skill level or background, could be a part of this incredible community. I have a simple, straightforward and convenient approach to training. My goal is to make training accessible and enjoyable for people from all walks of life. I welcome individuals of all levels, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey.
