This JNC 12-Week FUNctional Strength Training Program is designed to help you increase overall strength, enhance movement patterns, and improve functional fitness. This program is ideal for individuals who want to not only build strength but also improve their ability to perform everyday tasks and movements with ease.


Over the course of 12 weeks, Coach Jazz will guide you through a progressive training program that focuses on functional movements and compound exercises. Each week will be strategically designed to challenge your body, stimulate muscle growth, and improve your functional capabilities.

Phase 1: Foundation and Mobility (Weeks 1-4)

Phase 2: Strength and Power (Weeks 5-8)

Phase 3: Functional Integration (Weeks 9-12)


Complete with a client forum that helps keep you motivated and focused on your wellness goals!


In addition to your training sessions, you will receive nutrition guidance to support your strength-building journey. A balanced diet, tailored to your individual needs, will fuel your workouts and promote muscle growth and recovery.
