Welcome to the Liz & Ken FIT Club!


Here at Lifting Kilos we believe that, along with solid nutrition, regular movement, exercise and strength training are the foundation of any healthy lifestyle and should be attainable to everyone no matter what your current age, fitness level, exercise experience or financial health are.


We believe that all good fitness and strength plans have a functional strength bias and include a metabolic conditioning component that increases fat burn, muscle development and cardiovascular conditioning. 


It should also be varied, fun and accessible to all.


This is why we've created the Liz & Ken Fit Club.


Here you will find:

- 5 fully programmed days per week

- 4 days of functional strength training each week

- Programs for different levels and equipment needs

- All workouts are fully scalable to your ability with video examples

- A community where all are accepted, encouraged and motivated.


This program is perfect for you whether you like to workout at home, or at a gym.
