Hi, I'm Miranda. Strength coach, online trainer and lover of the outdoors. I have been in the fitness industry for 17 years and I've worked in almost every aspect of the field. I've trained ages from 6-86 from all walks of life, worked in the nerdy side of training as an Exercise Physiologist, cardiac rehab, orthopedic rehab, older adult and with high end athletes. I took all those years of experience and learning to follow my true passion, combining my love for the outdoors with my expertise in exercise. I started my own online fitness company to help my community minimize injury, gain strength to improve performance and give them the confidence to conquer anything life throws their way! I developed a conditioning program to help recreational mountain bikers of all levels to train year round. I have seen the difference of what a professionally designed strength and mobility program can do for ones ability in sport and have made that accessible and affordable to all riders.
