What to Expect:


Progressive Structure: Workouts are progressive so if you are a beginner or starting back your fitness journey this is good way to start. Engage in a variety of workouts ranging from 10 to 45 minutes that you can follow along from home. Just check your calendar for "YOUR WORKOUT" and join me virtually—no gym required.


Nutritional Guide Included: Receive a comprehensive nutritional guide to complement your workout regimen, helping you fuel your body correctly to maximize results.


Access to via APP: Throughout the challenge, enjoy full access to my training app platform where all your workouts and progress tracking will be seamlessly managed.


Example of Weekly Workout Plan:

  • Monday: Full Body
  • Tuesday: Lower Body
  • Wednesday: Mobility
  • Thursday: Upper Body
  • Friday: Full Body
  • Saturday: Stretch and Recover

Equipment Used:

  • Dumbbells: Various weights
  • Kettlebells: Various weights
  • Jump Rope
  • Bench: Or any sturdy alternative
  • Stability Ball
  • Resistance Bands
  • Cardio Options: Treadmill, Stationary Bike, or Jump Rope

As a mother of four, a disabled combat Army Veteran, and a former law enforcement officer, I bring a unique perspective and a wealth of personal and professional experience to my role as your dedicated fitness coach. With over 18 years of expertise in the field, I hold a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and am certified as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. ​ Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals, including athletes, soldiers, and civilians of all genders, guiding them through various training programs. These experiences have been instrumental in our collective growth and success. My ultimate aim is to inspire and provide unwavering support to others as they strive to achieve their fitness goals. Hours 6am - 2pm Mon.- Fri. 8am- 11am Saturdays
