3 Day Glute Focused Hourglass Program - Gym

This is a gym based program meant to build the glutes and an hourglass physique with the convenience of an in-app experience! You'll be targeting shoulders, back and abs in addition to glutes in this program to create the ultimate feminine physique. All levels welcome! There are form demo's so you can understand exactly what you're supposed to be doing, notes, exercise swaps, and progressive overload is built into the program to ensure you continue making progress. It's just 3 sessions per week and each session should take 30-45 minutes!


Because I know you also want to create a lean, curvy figure, you'll receive access to my EASY plate guidelines I share with clients to help you build muscle and burn fat effectively without changing your entire diet around!


You'll also be added into our community chat, in-app, so you can connect with other women, make friends, share recipes, struggles and wins!!


The app is NO extra cost for you to download. Most apps require a subscription that averages $20-30 per month but this is just a ONE TIME fee of $45!!!
