Welcome to your comprehensive 8-week journey to maximize both strength and size in your glutes! This program is specifically designed to target and sculpt your glute muscles through a strategic combination of exercises and progressive overload. This package is perfect for people who are new to bodybuilding style training, or a more advanced athlete who is looking for an extra program to add onto their current training cycle for lower body development. This program can also be used to help alleviate nagging hip, knee, and joint pain by strengthening underdeveloped musculature.


This package includes:


1. 3 Days of hypertrophy training to awaken the various muscles of the glutes and activate growth with key isolation exercises. Each day will be focused on a different area of the glute and lower body to maximize recovery and muscle building capability.

2. Accessory exercises to tone the core and hamstrings for better stability and support that will give the glutes the lifted look we love. 

3. Strength exercises to build the quads and increase overall lower body strength.

4. Stretching routines to prevent injury and increase flexibility.

5. Optional cardio sessions to work on cardiovascular health and fat loss.


Equipment needed:


1. A fully stocked gym (squat rack, barbell, barbell plates, cable machines, kettlebells, dumbbells, blocks, machines)

2. Mini bands of various resistance

3. Wrist lifting straps (optional)


Once you sign up for the program your workouts will begin the following Monday and go through to Friday. Each session takes roughly 60-70 minutes to complete from start to finish.

I live in North Carolina where I work as a part-time Ocean Rescue Lifeguard, part time Paramedic, and full-time entrepreneur. I grew up in NC playing sports, specializing in the sport of swimming from a very young age. My dad was active duty military my whole life, thus raising me and my two sisters to have a determined and “no excuses” attitude. We were raised to very quit, never settle, and certainly never take the easy way out. This is where my passion for athletics and finding my true potential began. I was fortunate enough to compete at a very high level in college sports, chasing after my goal ultimate goal of Olympic Trials. That goal was never achieved, and looking back with the knowledge in physiology that I have now I can diagnose myself as suffering from Overtraining Syndrome. These symptoms were what ultimately lead me to never finding my peak, and where my passion for holistic sports performance and nutrition was born. After college I navigated my way into Emergency medicine and found my passion for helping people on their worst day. I used my swimming background to translate to ocean lifesaving, and have been working on the beach for the past 7 years. I have also been competing in surf racing and the sport of lifesaving ever since. This fueled my competitive desire from sports but I needed more. Shortly after I began CrossFit, got certified to coach, and have been loving the sport since 2017. It wasn’t until 2019 that I began working with people 1:1 doing personal training and nutrition coaching. I have gained deep expertise training a variety of clients since, including CrossFit games athletes, World Champions, military Special Operators, and many more. My desire is to help anyone, anywhere, find their true potential and fulfillment through peak health and fitness. That is when TNC was born. Within the last year I have begun exploring the world of tactical fitness as well!
